What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
What items are returnable?
- Within 7 days from the date of purchase
- Has tags on and in unused and resaleable condition
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale Items
- Discounted Items
- Gift Cards
- Shipping Cost
Can the items be exchanged?
We do not exchange items. Since inventory does turn-over quickly, we don't want to risk not being able to ship you the item that you would like to exchange with once we receive the return.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 3 days of the delivered date at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I ship back the items?

Enter your order number and email address to start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

FINAL SALE: Due to hygiene reasons, accessories and swimwear are final sale. Items marked as "sale" and items purchased with store credit also final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged items must be reported within three days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at CONTACT@SHOPLOVECELINE.COM with your order number and photos of any damage and we will work with you to find the best solution!
