Return Policy

Our Extended Holiday Return Policy is now in effect: 

  • Starting November 1st through Christmas Day, all purchases (excluding Black Friday & Final Sale items) are eligible for a return to store credit or an equal exchange through December 31st under our Extended Holiday Return Policy.
  • Purchases made on or after December 26th will follow our standard seven-day return policy.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Store Credit 
What items are returnable? 
  • Items can be returned up to 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery date.
  • Items must be un-worn and still have tags attached. 

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale Or Discounted Items
  • Home/Stationary Items
  • Accessories 
  • Swimwear
  • Gift Cards
  • Shipping Cost

Can the items be exchanged?

We offer exchanges when available, but please be aware that our inventory does turn-over quickly. As a result, there's a possibility that the size you need may no longer be in stock at the time of exchange.

The item I received is damaged!

Any damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving your order. Please email us at contact@shoploveceline.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will gladly assist you in finding the best solution.

    How do I ship back the items?

    For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request on our returns center.

    How do I return?

    • Visit our returns center.
    • Enter your order number and email address to start.
    • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
    • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

    How soon will I get my credit?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. We’ll also let you know whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and the Store Credit will be issued directly to your account with us!

    As a reminder, we are a small business, and our Customer Service Team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET. While we aim to respond promptly, response times may vary on weekends. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    FINAL SALE ITEMS:

    Due to hygiene reasons, accessories, home and swimwear are Final Sale. Items marked as "Sale" and items purchased with Store Credit are also considered Final Sale and can not be returned.
