RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you truly love your Love, Céline pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
FINALE SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased using store credit
- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Home & stationery items
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees
Please note that all Final Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged item. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Please contact us at contact@shoploveceline.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. Our team will review your request promptly and assist you in finding the best possible solution.
STORE CREDIT
All approved returns are issued as store credit only, applied directly to your Love, Céline account once your return has been received and approved.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are offered within the same 7-day window, subject to availability. Due to limited inventory and frequent turnover, requested sizes or styles may no longer be available at the time of processing.
In these instances, store credit will be issued so you may select an alternative piece.
