- Local Delivery (1–4 Business Days) — Exclusive to our Naples clientele
- Economy Shipping (5–8 Business Days)
- USPS Priority Mail (2–5 Business Days)
- UPS Ground (1–3 Business Days)
We are pleased to offer complimentary U.S. shipping on all orders over $150.
ORDER PROCESSING
Each Love, Céline order is thoughtfully prepared with care. Please allow up to one week for processing.
Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday, as our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday only.
SHIPPING NOTES
Love, Céline is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@shoploveceline.com so we may assist you promptly.
We kindly ask that all shipping details are reviewed carefully prior to completing your purchase, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, please note that Love, Céline is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied by your country’s customs authority.
These fees are determined by local regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. When promotional pricing is applied, customs duties and taxes are calculated based on the original retail value.
In accordance with international shipping regulations, we are required to declare the full retail value of all items on customs documentation.
Also at this time, due to customs regulations, tariffs, duties, and international shipping requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United States. All international purchases are considered final sale.
We encourage customers to review sizing, product details, and their order carefully prior to checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.
