- Has tags on and in unused and resaleable condition.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:

- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Gift Cards
- Shipping Cost
Can the items be exchanged?
We offer exchanges when available, but please be aware that our inventory does turn-over quickly. As a result, there's a possibility that the size you need may no longer be in stock at the time of exchange.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 3 days of the delivered date at contact@shoploveceline.com.
How do I ship back the items?

Enter your order number and email address to start.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my credit?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via a email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval, depending on your bank.

FINAL SALE: Due to hygiene reasons, accessories, home and swimwear are Final Sale. Items marked as "Sale" and items purchased with Store Credit are also considered Final Sale and can not be returned.

Damaged/Faulty Items
