- Has tags on and in unused and resellable condition.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:

- Home/Stationary Items
- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Gift Cards
- Shipping Cost
Can the items be exchanged?
We offer exchanges when available, but please be aware that our inventory does turn-over quickly. As a result, there's a possibility that the size you need may no longer be in stock at the time of exchange.
The item I received is damaged!
Any damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving your order. Please email us at contact@shoploveceline.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we will gladly assist you in finding the best solution.
How do I ship back the items?

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my credit?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via a email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Due to hygiene reasons, accessories, home and swimwear are Final Sale. Items marked as "Sale" and items purchased with Store Credit are also considered Final Sale and can not be returned.
